Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customized or personalized items (engraved, branded, or specially packaged) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is of higher value, the price difference will be charged.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
All returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
